Christian Men in Medicine Series- Finding Balance Personally and Professionally
Dr. Knowles served as the Chief of Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton Ohio. Dr. Knowles is regarded as the most accomplished LASIK Surgeon at Wright-Patterson where he provided Laser Eye Surgery as part of the Warfighter Laser Surgery Center sponsored by the Department of Defense. We will be discussing with Dr. Knowles how he has balanced his successful career in medicine with family and church life.

*The Christian Men in Medicine Series: The Christian Men in Medicine Series is designed to bring the lives of exceptional Christian male physicians before male medical students and promote perspective and balance in medicine. Although the sessions are geared towards Christian male medical students, anyone is welcome to attend these evening sessions to learn from successful physicians and leaders and their exemplary example of balancing his successful medical career, faith and family life. The sessions will be fairly casual and students are welcome to come directly from class or clerkships.
